With the extended holiday weekend, I didn't see a mention of this. I don't know if it's because my friends were updating sporadically or because I was reading sporadically. But I surely, hope it's not because nobody cared.

Vincent Schiavelli died on Monday, the 26th.

What a loss! My friend Ray referred to him as "The Priceless One!" Now Michael Berryman, another "Cuckoo's Nest" alum, must carry the torch alone.

Oh, alas. He was far and away my favorite "it's that guy" actor, well before the Fametracker website--indeed, well before the Web. (I recall my ex saying I needed to see Tomorrow Never Dies simply because he had a cameo in it.)
