Okay, so I was giggling when they mentioned "testicular torsion," but the Surgery of the Week turned out to actually be "The Dreaded Candirú! A naughty little fish with a penchánt for swimming up a man's urethra!" Clearly, someone at Grey's Anatomy has been watching The Venture Brothers.

I learned about that fish from the movie Anaconda. Apparently it's one of the most feared fish in the world.
