The Tour, Part One: Out and In.
This is, mostly, the tour I gave at my housewarming party, for all of you who were unfortunate enough to be unable to attend.
Walking down the driveway of my landlords' house, the first thing you see is my nifty mailbox.

My uncle ordered this from somewhere and put it up so that my haplessful stalkers would have somewhere to leave their cryptic messages.
And here is my front door.

The nifty little doortag is from my The George Washington University dorm room. My RA designed and colored the replica of the Beatles' Yellow Submarine with my name on it.
Before we go in, let's take a look at my yard.

Look at all of that grass! Isn't it great!
Let's walk down that path and look at my patio.

You've seen it before, and you see it again. On the left is the door to my bedroom, and across the fence is the play area of my young next-door neighbors.
Now let's go back and open the door to my house.

This is a view into my living room, which you looked at yesterday. Now, let's take a closer look at the room. First, let's look at my new TV.

That's it, turned off. It's got my old VCR on top of it, along with my set of now useless rabbit ears. It's sitting on something which was intended to be, and will probably eventually be, a little endtable.
Now here's the pegboard on the wall by my door.

To prove it, there's my door. There is a bunch of interesting postcards on that board. There's also a cutout puppet of an anime character, rental information, pokeballs, a stolen dessert ad from a Santa Barbara Carrow's, a Celtic cross (given to me by my mother as I left that house to begin the move), a page-a-day M.C. Escher calendar and a polaroid photo of me,
wjukknibs, his brother and this other guy.
Now let's take a look at the coffee table that is always in danger of leaving the house.

I've got to give this very fine looking table back to my uncle, unless I can convince him to gift me with it somehow. On it, you'll see a fantastic Blocks & Marbles set (which no one but me seems to appreciate), a photo album that contains some of the things I've found in the move, my fanned-out check book, 1066 and All That, my DVD of Cowboy Bebop, some candy and my Gamecube controller. In the back is my media collection, games, DVDs and videos. You can also see one of my bar stools, and an AX!!!!!! SCARY!!!!!
And this is not a table.

It is, instead, a storage tub turned upside-down with a towel on it. But it kind of works like a table. More important is all of the stuff around it. There's a better view of the Trader Joe's peanut butter cups from the coffee table, my space heater, and my impromptu auxiliary bookcase, under my living room lamp. There's also my black back pack inconsiderately dropped from a long day at work. Further, you can see the newly reupholstered chair at my dining room table, courtesy of K.
What isn't seen is my game center.

In front is the Russian chess set, given to me by my aunt, next to the Filipino Mancala board, given to me by my friend. Also up there are my poetry blocks (a much more tactilely pleasant version of those little poetry magnets), a devilish little manipulation puzzle that gave me so much grief that no one is allowed to take it apart any more, a completely discontinued but very fragrant candle, my cordless phone and some tape. Down below is my CD player with some wind-up South Park figures. There are also a few of my card games, including Give Me the Brain, Chrononauts, Apples to Apples and Letres. And down in the corner is the tip of my CD collection.
Speaking of games, it's ZOMBIES!!!

Since we didn't have time to clean up, the board was pretty much where we left it. Lots of the zombies had been killed (or rekilled, I guess), but there are still plenty of zombie guys on the field.
And if zombies make you hungry, like me, then you'll want to see my kitchen. This is my sink, looking out onto the patio.

There's lots of kitchen stuff in this picture, pretty much all of it boring with the exception, perhaps of the salt and pepper shakers gifted me by
wjukknibs and K.
Also boring, but very useful is my oven.

It's over there in the corner, cooking and stuff.
And finally, to answer your question, here's a better view of my refrigerator.

That's a whole lot of alphabet up there, leftover from a game I designed for an NPL party. It's hard to make out the yellow letters, but my name,
tablesaw, is up there, along with an color-coordinated order-4 word square (1. Grade. 2. Horribly wrong. 3. Aligned. 4. They see.). I also have an odd assortment of other magnets, but I'm not going to write all of those out.
Coming soon, in Part Two: my bed, my computer and the now very famous working toilet in a thrilling action sequence!
