Stage IV.

Since we were short on puzzles on Saturday, I whipped up a little sheet I'd been thinking about for a while. I didn't have time to test it, though, and it ended up being much to hard. Anyway, with enumerations for all of the Stage I clues, this should be doable:

There are still some clues that are NPL specific. I'll fix those when I wake up.
