I hadn't visited The Grey Labyrinth in a while, but I did this morning. While there, I solved one of the serial puzzles and put up one of my own. It's not very difficult, but should be fun. The object is to determine a password based on the clues:

There's some extraneous material in each clue, but try to be as brief as possible with your answers:
Eye-bending art on the small, fast boat of a paper grader in Phoenix's home.
It's all right to eliminate the Buckeye residence with a measure of frequency.
Windows on the road between the state of The King and the habitat for Kiwis.
The baby doctor has a particular smell because he took an excess of twelve.
