So, I did most of my Christmas shopping today, although there are still some holes I need to fill. Along the way, I met up with Dad, who was armed with what he thought was my Amazon wishlist. Well, apparently whatever redirection mixup had struck everyone else struck my list as well, and what my dad actually had was a listing of popular items at Amazon. Apparently, items like Bette Midler Sings the Rosemary Clooney Songbook didn't raise red flags that it wasn't actually my list.
Anyway, I've updated my Amazon Wishlist, and barring more craziness it's at http://amazon.com/gp/registry/23IUI0GKIQK6T. This is mostly for my own reference, and for the reference of my parents and others who, at this point, will probably be shopping for my birthday (January 10). The Amazon list is mostly some games, some DVDs, and a whole lot of very, very, very cheap books. Feel like getting me something but don't want to spend more than pocket change? Sort the list by price and get a whole slew of Dover Thrift Editions.
Anyway, there's some other stuff not on there, which I'll add here manually:
And that's the run-down I can think of for now. It's a bit late, and I'm starting to feel woozy, which may affect things to. Hope this helps, Dad et al.

- A cell phone. — Okay, so I'm kind of behind on this. I'm at a point where I can see enough use for a cell phone, but I can't bring myself to spend my own money to get one. The solution: ask for one as a gift. Not looking for much, just something that I can use when I'm lost or want to do an audblog.
- Adult Swim. — There's a lot of stuff I'd like at the Adult Swim Store that I didn't see at Amazon, like the Aqua Teen Hunger Force DVD. More importantly, the Space Ghost: Coast to Coast DVD that I've been awaiting for years.
- CDs — I didn't feel like wandering through Amazon's CDs after going through everything else, but some cds that I've wanted for a while include the latest self-titled album from Oh Susannah, the most recent release from Stew Something Different Than These Changes, and something new from Gillian Welch called Soul Journey. And there's lots of other good music stuff out there too, there's just no links to it.
- Tea — Good tea. And the fancy stuff you need to make it. Yeah, that'd be nice.
- Games — Yeah, I'm a game freak. I'd love to get any of the stuff at Cheapass Games (except for the oens I already have, of course). Also, anything from the Games 100 is a good bet.
- Pants — Seriously, I need pants. Like work-wearable pants.
And that's the run-down I can think of for now. It's a bit late, and I'm starting to feel woozy, which may affect things to. Hope this helps, Dad et al.

Tea stuff
Upton have given us great service over the years, and they aren't horrifically expensive like some froofy tea companies (Todd & Holland spring to mind).
