heaneyland reminded me to mention AIM, a nonprofit group providing health-care assistance to workers in the adult-entertainment industry in Southern California. Since there has simultaneously been (1) an HIV scare and (2) a moratorium on production (and consequently paychecks), they can use help, donataions and other support.
