It used to be 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. with a half-hour lunch. It was changed to 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with a one-hour lunch. After pointing out that a one-hour lunch between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. isn't very helpful, I know have regained thirty minutes of my life each day.
