Cafeteria Lady: Have you ever wondered if the world we live in isn't real?
Tablesaw: Where are the spoons?
Cafeteria Lady: There is no spoon.

Of course, it was a dream, so she was right to be skeptical

Huh. Better than my dreams. Last night I dreamt that my teeth were loose and falling out. I also had some "Lost" dreams where Locke was sick and Charlie and Kate had to take care of him in the hatch, and Claire was screaming at Shannon because Shannon had some epiphany/nervous breakdown and was ranting about language barriers.
