Well Fuck.

No Crosswords today, because KNBC has been showing live coverage of a reporter in someone's yard for the last hour. No idea what they'll do tomorrow, though I imagine they're getting better ratings with the people wandering around the backyard.

Stupid natural disaster. Stupid human tragedy.

Yup. I just found out that some friends of mine, along with their two kids, had to evacuate their home.

Not to make light of the tragedy, but today is one of the days that they're only airing Crosswords once, so fingers crossed. Break a pencil!
