Things are a little bizarre at the moment.

If anyone knows how to use CSS to modify META tags to get Google to recognize me as the owner of this blog, I'd love to hear from them. Done.

Switch to S1. Use old-fashioned style overrides to add tags without bothering with LJ's CSS scrubber:

GLOBAL_HEAD=><meta name="verify-v1" content="verification string" />

I'll be restoring my old style soon.
