Raining on My Parade

Apparently, it's going to be raining pretty much all through my vacation. The upside of this is that apparently the bioluminescent bays look fantastic in the rain. The downside is, well, the water falling from the sky.

I would love to see a bioluminescent bay. We have occasional bioluminescent blooms near San Diego; I've seen the crests of waves flashing blue. But seeing it all around you when you swim must be amazing.
