Hey, Fandom Folks!

I know there's a bunch reading. If you're not into gaming, you may not be aware of Penny Arcade. But today, Penny Arcade became aware of Anita Blake.

Ha. Pity it's repetitive, boring lycanthropic S&M. (And yet I still buy the books, because the series used to be fun.)

I gave up after the second one. I liked them OK but not enough to go after the large series (like Sue Grafton with fangs, but not limited to 26 books).

I was shocked that Penny Arcade A) didn't know about Anita Blake, and B) seemed to assume that most of their readership didn't, either. I guess I have too great an expectation of my mass of nerd knowledge being the standard for everyone.
