Juana Molina is coming to LA next week, which means I may finally have a chance to buy some of her CDs. They don't seem to be available outside of Argentina, but presumably she will have them at her shows. I think I'm going to aim for the in-store performance at Rhino Records rather than the real concert at McCabe's Guitar Shop so that I can conserve money for the albums.
Pretty much the only US-released song by Molina is "Rara" on the soundtrack of Star Maps. But it's such an addictive song that I've always wanted to get some more. I finally get a chance.
