I'm off in a bit to go to Mass with Mother on her birthday. Oh, um, I guess I should wrap her gift now, too.

Anyway, it's going to be nice to rest. I've been distracted much this week. johnratite is about to start getting good, and I'm very very finally close to beating the greatest puzzle computer game ever. I've been working at it sporadically for over two years. Maybe there's an Enigma article in there.

Hm. I hope that the plain brown wrapping on the gift doesn't freak my mom out.

Alas, as long as the Mac isn't one of the platforms that the game gets created for, I'll have to still classify Cliff Johnson's ouvre as the best puzzle games of all time.

Point taken, but DROD really does give Cliff Johnson's games a run for their money.

I suppose I place DROD in a different class than Cliff Johnson because so much of the Cliff Johnson puzzles can be done on paper. DROD is mostly dependent on the coding.
