I talked with my mother, and officially put my name in for the guest house at my aunt and uncle's. There's still one possible applicant for the place, but apparently his interest is waning. If any of you know him, make sure he doesn't take it. This would be a great place for me to live. It's still in the valley, but it's right at the Sepulveda Pass, allowing for pretty easy transport either Hollywood or the West Side.

Called Trina, but got her voice mail. No callback before I left for work. I may try again tomorrow.

WedNYTX: 8. ThuNYTX: 15. I'm not a big fan of quote themes, but the clues in this one were nice. WedLATX: 7. ThuLATX: 6. There was an instance of The Error That Cannot Be Named, which was upsetting.

ifmud that my Xword times are pretty fast. I guess I haven't really thought of them as such, since many of the puzzlers I know can solve puzzles far faster than I. I don't know why this is important, but I think everyone should do puzzles at their own pace, whether that pace is fast or slow.
