MIA.

So, I was watching Angel reruns on TNT, and I was pleasantly surprised to see an actress from UCSB in the show. "That's Jenny!" I yelled at the TV. "Nuh-uh!" yelled back the TV. And when I say yelled, I mean silently asserted when I froze the credits to look for Jenny's name. No, alas, it was not Jenny. It was Mia Kelly. So I checked the scene again. "But it looks like Jenny!" So I checked the credits again. "Nope, it's Mia Kelly." So I check IMDB. No Jenny, but there is a Mia Kelly. And Mia Kelly does indeed look like Jenny, though less like Jenny than Mia on Angel.

Anyway, Google eventually reveals that in fact, my friend Jenny Hoger has become Mia Kelly. I can't imagine who wouldn't think "Hoger" is a great name for an ingenue, but perhaps I'm biased because I thought she was cute and talented. Skoal, Miss Hoger! And good luck in your incognito endeavors!
