It's International Blog Against Racism Week (commonly known as
ibarw), and I'm already starting out on the wrong foot. First, I'm a day late, because of my schedule. Second, because I'm on a basic account, I can't add a fancy anti-racism icon for the week. Third, between a general malaise and a houseguest coming tomorrow, I don't know if I'll actually be able to post.
In the meanwhile, there are a lot of interesting things going up already, and my favorite so far has been
yeloson's description of intersectionality:

Where you stand with intersectionality is really about what you're looking for- are you looking for social justice for all of us? Or are you just looking for someone to pull their foot off your neck, without worrying about whose necks you may be standing on yourself?TueNYTX: 5:45; TueNYSX: 5:30; TueLATX: 6:15.
