My Weekend.
Sep. 3rd, 2008 05:29 amThings I Did:
- Beat Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.
- Find my Metro pass for September (it had gotten shuffled around in the mail).
- Book my Crosswords trip to Vegas for the end of the month.
- Beat Metroid Prime: Corruption. It turned out to be easier to get 100% completion than I anticipated.
- Research early Los Angeles, including the Tongva nation, at the local library branch.
- Climb Tongva Peak with
cramerica.
- Watch some forgettable TV, to clear out a bit of the DVR before the new seasons.
- Clean the dishes, including emptying out the stuff in the fridge that had been in there for too long.
- Solve Mark Halpin's Short Story. No specifics until the leaderboard fills up. (And hey, look who's up at #1!)
- Attend Strategicon (I forgot).
- Book a trip to Las Vegas that doesn't take place during Ramadan.
- Finish Daughter of the Forest. I've reached the breaking point, and I don't intend to pick it up again.
- Climb any of peak in the Santa Monica Mountains. I was thinking about doign it, but the ones I have left are going to require a little bit more planning.
- Geocache someplace other than on Tongva Peak. I meant to do some on Saturday, but I got distracted researching the info on the remaining Santa Monica summits mentioned in the point above.
- Start the 100 pushups program.
- Send in my solutions for the July Enigma. I had a complete, but I left it on the hard drive at work.
