I hate it when the fates conspire to make me spend money.

After hearing Hallelujah used to great effect in Shrek, which I watched on video yesterday, and in the season finale of The West Wing just a few hours ago, I know that I will not be able to sleep today unless I purchase a Leonard Cohen CD on my way home from work. I'm also going to have to read this interview over and over. This means I'm probably going to have to buy a Suzanne Vega album too.

I suppose there are worse dooms.

Thus far, the fallout of OBX Loneliness has been lots of sleep and much staying out at coffeehouses and shopping. These are both very nice things, though somewhat trying when they try to occur at the same time.
