HATE!

My loathing of the daily vacuuming is well-documented, but now my hate has increased multifold. Seems that, after driving me out of my workspace to vacuum, the cleaning staff then vacuums just outside, using an outlet next to this room's entrance. Of course, the area they vacuum is on the other side of the door, which means that the cord is lying across the door. And when they get far away from they outlet, they pull on the cord, which raises it, which leaves a tripwire in front of the door, which makes me fall forward while opening the door to my workspace.

Gee, I wonder why I'm not in a rosy mood.
