Unweakend

I've been sleeping mostly well this week. Long, deep sleeps with heady dreams. On the other hand, I've been waking up prematurely as well. The early wake-up started on Saturday, when I kept waking up thinking I'd been out for hours, only to find out it had only been minutes. So I got up early and went to cramerica's for IAIV. And the next day I slept for twelve hours or so. It's been nice.

This weekend, I plan to go out and do things again. I was hoping to head down to UC Irvine to scope out ALT+CTRL, pointed out by Grand Text Auto (grandtextauto). Unfortunately, the gallery is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Well, screw you too, academe!!! I guess I won't be revisiting Middle Earth any time soon, either.

Perhaps I'll just go out geocaching again. I haven't had the time in a while.

Rather than passive-aggressively making comments about readers of this journal, or embarrassingly stating those things publicly, I shall take the Middle Way shown to us by moominmolly:

I've screened comments on this post, so if you comment on it, your comment won't be seen by other people. If you're one of the first 20 or so people to comment on this post and ask for it, I'll come up with a line or two about you and put it in a followup comment to yours. So, if I understand how screened comments work, I'll still wind up with a nameless list of person-comments, but everybody will know which comment is directed to them.

I don't know that I'll cut off at 20, but I'll let them collect while I sleep and respond when I wake up tonight.
